Pipe conveyor belt is a new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses (EP fabric, Steel cord etc.)as skeleton and high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. They are mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials etc. that pollute the environment. When working, the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape, folding the materials and realizing the process of enclosed conveying.

We use styrene-butadiene rubber or chloro butadiene as cover rubber and cushion rubber for better heat resistance. Characteristics

• High tensile strength: Belts suitable for large span, long distance transportation of materials.

• Small elongation in use: A very short take-up stroke distance.

• Small diameter of drive pulley: It has a layer of longitudinal steel cords as its skeleton, hence it is resistant to flex fatigue. Therefore, a drive pulley of smaller diameter can be used to make the equipment smaller.

• High adhesion between rubber and steel cord: Its steel cords are zinc coated and the rubber used gives good adhesion with steel cords. Therefore, the rubber is tightly adhered to the steel cords for shock resistance and longer life.

• Even tension of steel cords: We use advanced techniques in manufacturing hence the steel cords are evenly arranged and have the same tension. Belts are well balanced in running and difficult to run awry.

• Good trough ability: Our belt body has no transverse skeleton, it is easy to from a deep trough, so the belts can load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping.

• Inspection of the belt with X-rays: Users can use X-rays to inspect damages of the skeleton steel cords on the conveyor machines to prevent accidents from happening.

We manufacture fire-resistant steel cord conveyor belt. It has the features of conveying materials at the occasions of high strength, long distance, and large load as common steel cord conveyor belt. It is also fire-resistant and anti-static, thus, it is suitable for conveying materials under coal mine wells.

We present cotton, polyester cotton conveyor belt with its cotton canvas woven by cotton fibers both in warp and in weft. Its has low elongation, good mechanical fastening and adhesion with rubber. Under high temperature conditions, its deformation is relatively low. Out cotton conveyor belt is suitable for short distance and light load transportation of materials. Polyester cotton conveyor belt is an upgraded product of cotton conveyor belt with tension resistant body. It is woven by polyester cotton fibers in warp and cotton fibers in weft.

It has comprehensive physical and mechanical characteristics. Its belt body is thinner and lighter, better shock resistance and can better use function and can reduce energy and material consumption for users. It is an ideal for medium, short distance and medium load transportation of materials.

We offer the following two types of solid conveyor belts:

Non pressed PVC type

This belt is formed after dipping PVC paste on the solid woven fabric and by adding PVC cover on the solid carcass.

PVG type

It is based on the non pressed PVC type. Its carcass is covered with top and bottom rubber covers. The belt is formed after pressing it.

Construction Features and Applications

• It has good resistance for flames and has anti-static properties. It satisfies the requirements of MT-914 and is suitable for conveying materials at inflammable or underground coal mines.

• The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fiber.

• For weft fiber, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament.

• The fabric has high strength, low elongation, light carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear and good trough ability.

• Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees. PVG type is suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees.

• PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the trough ability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Thus it can not only enhance the slope angle of conveying but also the life of the belt.

We offer precisely engineered high temp resistant conveyor belt. Its features are:

• The belt carcass of this product is EP fabric of high modulus, low shrinkage and high breaking tensile strength.

• Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or chloro- butadiene rubber that has very good high temperature resistance.

• The belt is made with extra care after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials, assembling and vulcanizing.

• The carcass of this product has very high adhesion after the special treatment of coating and shaping.

• Under normal working temperature of below 180 degrees, the belt is low in elongation, excellent in anti-abrasion and can bear 250degree high temperature for a short time.

Our flame retardant conveyor belt is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of calendering, assembling, vulcanizing, etc. It is suitable for conveying various non corrosive and thorn less materials in the following:
