Standard Specifications: STEEL BODY The entire body of our jaw crushers is finely fabricated from mild steel plates having enough thickness, with reinforcing members welded in their reasonable place. Their complete frames are stress relieved to ensure trouble free performance. JAW PLATES The best quality reversible type Jaw plates, are casted. These plates are made from 12-14% manganese steel conforming to IS-276 specifications. The setting of these plate is carried out by simple adjustment with tie rod at the bottom of the swing Jaw stock. PITMAN The pitman is fabricated from MS plates alternatively casted in single piece duly machined. It is designed to receive large size anti friction bearings and provision is made for regular Grease lubrication. TOGGLE SYSTEM The toggle system is of four bearing type. Front and Rear toggle plates are of steel and ride in machined M.S. Bearings seated in the swing jaw, Pitman and toggle block. ECCENTRIC SHAFT & BEARINGS The eccentric shaft is of special steel and carried in self-aligned double row spherical bearings, which ensures smooth running. The bearings are fitted, one in each side of body and two in swing jaw stock, well sealed against possible entry of dust and moisture by a system of labyrinth seats.

Our entire roll crushers are designed for long life service, heavy duty, and minimum cost is required for their maintenance. They are primarily used as secondary or tertiary crushers for smaller fraction. The presence of two parallel roller shells in our roller crushers rotate in opposite directions and material is crushed in between on pressure compression principal.

Steel Body

Stainless steel made box type frames of these roller crushers are made of M.S. plates after reinforcing them by steel ribs. The base feet are also made from M.S. square and riveted to main frames. Their top and side plates are bolted to main frames.

Rollers

Each crusher has two rollers, out of which one is stationary & other is adjustable or movable. The rollers are made from either iron, high carbon steel or manganese steel depending upon the requirements.

Spur Gears

Spur gears are mounted on shafts of each roller. These gears are driven by pulleys, pinions, and by motors at the final stage. We have also high proficiency in manufacturing ROH crushers on bearing, which are directly coupled with motors.

BODY FRAME

Main body frames are well fabricated from metallic sheets, plates, angles & pipes and are welled configured with feeds and discharge hoods as their integral parts.

SCREEN PLATES

Screen plates are either drilled, perforated or wired with woven panels in accurate sizes for their capacity in proper separation of desired products. The screen plates & woven wire panels are bolted to cross members & are connected to side plates with required HT bolts, washers and Nyloc nuts. U-clamps are normally used for fixing screen perforated plates.

VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY

The vibrator assemblies of our vibrating screens comprise of electric shafts, driven V-Pulleys, unbalancing weights, bearings, housing & central pipe casing. Shafts are housed in the assemblies with covers. The perforated plates are fixed on the frames by U-clamps. The entire screens are rested on set of coil springs & steel frames.

We design and develop our wide assortment of movable loaders in varied customized shapes and sizes. The different models of our movable loaders are used for loading of crushed materials into carrying trucks and thus save manpower and time. Further, each of the loads are easy to carry from one place to another for their portable size and simple construction. We have been manufacturing coal crushers ring granulator, which are suitable for crushing lignite, coal gypsum & some other relatively low hard minerals. The entire range of our crushers are immensely popular with thermal power stations and coal handling plants. These crushers ensure slow, positive rolling action to produce granular products with less fineness. We provide our crushers with heavy fabricated frame, rotor assembly, breaker plates, suspension discs or bars & crushing rings.
