Product Avalibility : Foamcore pipes are available in 110 mm to 315 mm with different stiffness classes mainly categorised as SN2, SN4 & SN8. SN2 pipes are recommended for above ground applications while SN4 & SN8 pipes are recommended for below ground applications depending on the level at which these pipes have to be installed.

Product Standard  : Foamcore pipes are manufactured as per European and International standards published under structure wall pipes for drainage and sewerage and are mainly based on stiffness classes.

It is an aluminium and polyethylene composite that combines the best features of both materials to form a pipe that is light, strong and does not support corrosion. By combining the two materials along with adhesive layers, pipe avoids the unaccepted thermal expansion and deformation of plastic pipe. At the same time it retains the flexibility, frost resistance and ease of use associated with plastic.

The unique feature of pipe is it's malleability.  Permanently holds whatever shape it is formed into and does not need additional clips or brackets to retain the shape of bends or curves. It is easily formed into curves, sets by hand and only requires bending springs when forming tight bends down to radius equivalent to 5 times the diameter of pipe.

Soluble encrustants, such as calcium carbonate do not readily precipitate onto the smooth walls of KiTEC pipes. In addition there are no reduction in flow areas and flow coefficients as the pipes age.

Pressure rating:  13.8 Kg/Cm2 at 23°C. and 11.0 Kg/Cm2 at 60°C. Can safely be used for applications of 6Kg/Cm2 pressure at 80°C. Short term excursions is temperature 95°C. The pipe are black in colour.
