Planning, Product Design And Development

A great deal of time is spent developing and validating the design of products before they are released. The various ingredients are carefully screened and checked for quality, consistency and environmental impact, before being approved for inclusion within a formulation.

The solder wires are manufactured from high-purity materials like – zinc, tin, brass, copper and cadmium with controlled oxide levels to enhance the wetting performance. Our collection of solder wire can be manufactured to a specific process or piece of equipment using advanced technology to hold crucial diameters and tolerances for proper volume deposits. Our range of solder wires is available in 8 SWG to 24 SWG packing. We also manufacture solder sticks in standard lengths. Our Solder Wires are used for:

A large variety of anodes is available in different metals, from pure tin to pure lead and pure antimony for applications in almost every possible systems and processes. These components are being designed, produced and supplied by our expert team of workmen. Our range of plating anodes is of the highest purity to ensure free and uniform dissolution. We offer a wide range of plating conditions for high conductivity and tendency to disintegrate or polarize. We also passivate these anodes in order to increase the electrical stability and also to reduce the chemical reactivity of their surface. We fabricate our range of anodes as per customer's requirements in various shapes and sizes. The round and flat shaped anodes are available in a maximum length of 8 feet. We also manufacture these anodes in corrugated and dog bone shape with single as well as double copper (electrolytic grade) hooks.

Function The Function of anodes in any plating solution is to provide the path for the current out of the solution and to replenish the metal ions. It is therefore absolutely that the plating anodes are of the highest purity to ensure free & uniform dissolution over a wide range of plating conditions, high conductivity and tendency to disintegrate or polarise and passivate. In case our existing coating specifications does not meet the specific needs of our customer's application or special conditions, our objective is to develop a coating specification in co-operation with our customers.

The results of each activity within our production process are verified by some of the experts of this industry. Verification is done according to described and documented methods of our company and the results are then compared with our standard specifications. When all specifications are met, the product is allowed to undergo the next step in the production. Our quality manager closely sees those methods, procedures and checks do lead to the desired results.
