The Founder’s practical knowledge is beyond question, as they are in the industry since the past 3 decades and still forging ahead. They have always been receptive to changes, wants and overall demands of the steel industry around the globe.
The plant is located in Rajpur and Chhatral near Ahmedabad, (Gujarat, India). For better focus to the quality aspect to the products, they lay down up two different units, first unit specially focussed on Stainless Steel products and latter unit focussed on Carbon Steel products. Both the units are effectively catering to our vast base of customers satisfactorily. In span of 5 years, the clientele roll extends itself to more than 400 customers all around the world. As a matter of fact, the tubes used in Heat-Exchangers, Condenser, Boiler, Economizers, Super-Heater, Pre-Heater and Oil-Cooler etc. for projects Installations/ Maintenance of the plant for which we are a noted manufacturer in the Indian Market in ‘Tube Industry’ as a specialized manufacturer for smaller sections tubes.
We are not only serving the ‘Indigenous Market’ across the country but also exporting our products to International Markets viz. USA-Houston, UK, Egypt, Netherlands (Holland), Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Indonesia, Malaysia, Germany, Czech, etc.
Our Plant has very modern batch of machinery installed that is well superior facility for production of specialized tubes process. The installations consist of Pilger Mills, Draw Bench, Tube Mills, Bright Annealing Furnace, Batch Furnace / Solution Annealing Furnaces, SR Furnace, and associated facilities viz. Air-Under Water (Pneumatic Testing) apart from Hydro Testing, Eddy Current testing, Micro-structure examination, Automatic ‘U’ Bending Machine, Dye-Penetrant Testing, IGC Practices, supported by full fledged and well equipped Physical and Chemical Laboratory.
We have approximately 200 employees, who are well skilled and knowledgeable in the field of steel industry, some of them, being well recognized for their contribution to the steel industry.
