Established in the year 1968, at Bahadurgarh, Haryana, we “Raunak Casting,” are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous metal castings. Our range include aluminum castings, gunmetal castings, brass castings, phosphorus-bronze castings, aluminum-bronze castings, aluminium alloy castings, grey iron castings, copper alloy castings and cast iron castings.

We are led by our mentor “Mr. Kamal Kant Verma,” who has in-depth knowledge about this domain. To support him, we also have an experienced team to manufacture the castings as per the client''s requirement. They also hold expertise in producing castings from few grams to hundred kilograms, which are suitable for applications in diverse industrial requirements.

The growth can also be attributed to use of latest technology and designing softwares like CAD and CAM to produce our range. This facility also enables us in manufacturing 50 tonnes monthly and meet an annual turnover of more than 1 crore.

Our metal casting process involves the following steps :

• Pouring liquid material such as molten metal into a mold
  
• When the liquid hardens, the mold is removed, leaving a form in the shape of the mould
