Our Compressed Air Filters come complete with elements ,automatic drains and cast aluminium housings which are suitable for flowrates from 0.66 m3/min (23 cfm) to 252 m3/min (9000 cfm) at 7 bar g. Maximum design pressure is rated at 16 bar g as standard. The connection to these filters are threaded with sizes ranging from G1/2" to G6" pipe threads (BSP or NPT). we can give filters for removal of moisture, oil and dust particles down to 0.01 micron with the efficiency of 99.9999% , we also give filters for compressed air used for sterile air and for Process air requirement we specialize giving compressed air treatment package to Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and engineering Industries.

Seals & O Rings: Standard seals in Nitrile, Vitone, Silicon, PTFE for longerlife.

Size, Range & End Connections: Size from 15mm NB to 900mm NB Screwed/ Flanged end up to 900#as per ASA, DIN, IS, BS Standards.

Protective Coating: Special protective linings/coatings of rubber, PTFE etc. used for filtration of aggressive fluids.

We offer a comprehensive range of high quality alternative filter elements to suit perfectly the different original filter housings of Ultrafilters, Domnick Hunters,Atlas Copco, Hankinson etc. These products are guaranteed to offer a performance "equal to" or "better than" the original equipment.Superior quality is also proven by additional features: Most of inner/outer cylinders are made of perforated stainless steel the external socket is made of Foam Sock, thus offering a dual advantage: Thermal endurance up to 120 °C;better tearing resistance and consequently longer life. The glass micro fibre media used for making the elements is 100% binder free and gives maximum void volume for higher flow and better removal of  moisture, oil and dust particles.Our filters and elements are available in six different grades complying to the requirement of the different classes of compressed air quality recommended in the ISO8573-1.

• Grade V(PRE FILTER): Coarse filter for removal of particle down to 5 micron.
• Grade A(PRECISION FILTER: Coalescing filter for removal of particle down to 1 micron and oil content down to 0.5 mg/m3.
• Grade B(MICRO FINE FILTER) : Coalescing filter for removal of particle down to 0.1 micron and oil content down to 0.05 mg/m3.
• Grade C(ULTRAFINE FILTER) : Coalescing filter for removal of particle down to 0.01 micron and oil content down to 0.01 mg/m3
• Grade D(ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER): for removal of oil mist down to 0.003 mg/m3.
• Grade S(STERILE FILTER):Used for removal of bacteria present in compressed air.
