The basic element used in finned strip heaters is strip heater with locked-on fins. This finned strip has a large surface that provides fast heat transfer to air. The large range of finned striped heater provides a wide range of air blast and convention. This heater is best to be used for mounting across air steam with-in forced air ducts, blower units, ovens, dryers, principally duct and original equipment.

We manufacture strip heaters which provides optimum performance due to its robust construction. It is called so because of its flat structure and smooth surface. It can have terminals at one end or both ends. It comprises high grade nichrome wire which is insulated in refractory / mica which is known for its high thermal conductivity. Mica is also sheathed in rust resisting steel. Striped heater is widely used in ovens, hydrollic presses, process machine, drums, dies, platens, pipelines, rolls, kettles, tanks, cylinders and industrial drying.

We offer cartridge heaters, which comprises of resister wire carefully placed in the heater. The resister wire is made from high-grade refractory material. Cartridge heater provides uniform heat distribution around and over the length of the elements. The process of sheathing is done in brass, stainless steel and steel. The length of the heater is up to 24” long whereas the diameter can be availed in ranges such as 3/ 8”, 1/ 2”, 5/ 8”, 3/ 4”, 7/ 8”, 1” and 1 ¼”. Cartridge heater is widely used in dies, molds, platens, revolving rolls, plastic injection and extrusion barrels. This is also fitted in carton making machines, shoe building, etc.

Round & D section cartridge heaters made from stainless steel or Incoloy sheating tube. resistance coil evenly stretched for uniform heat and compacted in the MgO Powderfor maximum heat transfer and longer element life.

Cartridge heating elements can be supplied with mounting flanges/plates as per the customer's requirements.

We offer corrugated machine heaters that has tube diameter of 8.2mm. The heater is manufactured as per ISO standard specification 3074. Extra brass terminal is used to protect heating terminal and avoid terminal burning. This air vacuum heater gets heated very soon which ultimately saves power and provides more production. It is also easily replaceable.

Widely used in plastic injection moulding machine, extruders moulding and blowing moulding. Our ceramic band heaters are made from high grade material. This heater has long life and can be used with high density watts. We also specialize in making blowers and perforators. To save power up to 25% we manufacture Cerawool heater that has robust construction.
