| Catering to the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, we offer liquid manufacturing plant. Available in various batch capacities from 500 to 10,000 liters it is extensively used for the preparation of pharmaceutical liquid oral preparation. Sturdy in construction the plant is provided with main syrup manufacturing vessel, sugar preparation vessel and storage vessel. For sugar filtration, it is provided with sparkler / housing filter and sparkler filters for final filtration.
Features:
- Plant is provided with interconnecting piping with pumps and valves
- The vessels are provided with steam heating / cooling jacket with insulation as per process requirements
- A top / bottom entry motor of suitable HP is provided with specially designed agitators
- The complete plant is provided with a S.S. panel for housing the VFD, contactors, indicators, temperature controllers, etc.
- Completely closed design with spray ball for CIP / SIP as per GMP norms

| Sparkler Filters | | |
We are engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of sparkler filters, which is constructed using SS-304, 316 and 316L. It delivers consistent performance in given production environment and requires no scavenger arrangement. It is extensively used for filtration in beverage, sugar, pharma and chemical industries. Due to the reverse flow of liquid, complete filtration of the batch can be carried out without any hold up, saving both time and cost. For continuous operations, the filters can be provided with backwash facility.
The features of sparkler filter include:
- The cake, filter aid &solids remain totally enclosed allowing filtration of toxic, hazardous &explosive liquids
- No contamination of internal surface of shell
- The top dome structure ensures fast & easy removal of cartridge assembly & cleaning of cake

| Plate & Frame Filters | | |
| Our quality plate and frame filter is high in demand across the international market. Designed with assistance of our latest technology, these filters are widely used for filtration of viscous products and for large volume filtration. The filter press contains number of rectangular frames and plates, which are vertically, arranged one after the other and supported by two side tie bars.
Features include:
- The filter media is sandwiched between the plates and the frames
- It is available in various sizes and number of plates
- The filter press is provided with a mechanical closing system and two end plates
