We are a well established manufacturer and supplier of different specialized Components & Sub Assembly of Hydro / Steam Turbines  & Working models. Our latest technology for grinding Needle & Valve Seat after H. V. Coating in our works has been appreciated by several clients and is meeting the needs of BHEL successfully. We also manufacture a range of Valves for Hydro Power units as per their specification & design. The components we offer are Air Trap Valve, Air Valve, Servo Operated Valve, Clack Valve for Governing system. Stay Ring, Top Cover, Pivot Ring regulating mechanism etc.

We also offer Needle Tip,Spear Nose & Housing for Pelton Turbine and Runner Hub for Kaplan model which are the major machining items offered. In addition we also undertake fabrication cum machining of inlet pipe, Draft Tube, D.T Cone etc., for model turbines, as required by clients.

We offer bearing component, precision bearing component, industrial bearing component for Traction Motors that are designed and manufactured as per customer’s requirement. Our bearing components are developed with proper machining & tooling using CNC machine to achieve better quality and meet all technical requirements as defined by the client. We are a regular supplier to BHEL Bhopal, and our bearing components are appreciated for their compliance to industry defined standards.
