• Castings are thoroughly inspected for required quality parameters before dispatch and marked for identification with unique heat numbers.
• Test bar is drawn every heat as per grade of castings manufactured.

We have a modern, in-house testing facility which is replete with all modern machinery and equipment. The well-equipped testing facility performs pre and post production quality checks to match the competitive products globally. The testing facility has the following equipment: • Carbon equivalent test and temperature test through Ferro lab • Different instruments for temperature measurement • Brinell Hardness Tester • All types of sand testing equipments • Mould and Core Hardness Tester
