kinkelder bandsaws consists of an alloyed strip steel, to which a narrow strip of high-alloy, high speed steel is welded. Kinkelder produces bi-metal bandsaws and carbon bandsaws in widths of 3 to 80 mm in various thicknesses and toothings depending on the material to be cut off. These machines are..made for Pre-Drilling or Drilling operation on mass produced items. Cutting speed on these machines is 4 - 8 times higher than conventional drilling machine. Machines.are suitable for drilling using BW or 'u' Drill with high pressure thru spindle coolant making it possible to drill on hard material which is not possible on conventional drilling machine. Machines are offered Horizontal or Vertical construction.

Kinkelder produces hss metal circular sawblades in diameters varying from 150 to 640 mm in various designs. The tooth forms most used are hz, bw, b, aw, a, vp and 'chipbreaker' . Production is based on din standards 1836, 1837, 1838 and 1840, extended by the refined kinkelder manufacturing standards. The delivery program consists of a range of standard sawblades which can be delivered from stock and a range of special sawblades to be produced to customer specifications.

Attachment available at present in two models with manual or automatic cycle. More models will be introduce soon. These attachment can be mounted normally on rear of cross slide of lathe machine. Optionally can be made suitable for front mounting. No skilled operator required as operation is quite easy. Repeative accuracy ± 0. 025 when attachment is mounted on good lathemachme and used under ideal working condition. Inspection time is reduced considerably as it is not necessary to check each and every component. Depending on profile production is increased substantially in comparison with normal lathe operation.

Generally the presses are based on Hydraulic Pressure System. Power Pack available with single or double pump circuit depending on requirement. Standard make of hydraulic and electrical elements are used.

The segmental circular sawblades consist of a CrV steel disc on to which hardened toothed segments are mounted and secured by rivets. This principle makes it possible to repair a segmental sawblade after tooth or segment breakage by simple replacing one or more segments.
