With a humble begining with 8 security personnel today our team comprises of more than 2000 personnel actively responsible for executing different security services as per the requirements of our clients.

Our Mentor
An Eminient expert and renowned trainer in the field of security management and investigation, Lt. col.(Retd) K. N. Tewari also founded the Ravi Security Pvt Ltd. popularly known as RSO in 1987.
A telecom Engineer, Mr Tewari took part in 1965 war and was posted at kargil. After retirement from the Army, he jumped into this challenging field of industrial security.
Gifted with initiative and drive Mr. Tewari jest for learning took him far and wide. |

We have a team of professional and senior retired army
and para military officers for enrollment & training of security
personnel. For emergencies & crisis management, we provide mobile
Quick Response Teams (QRT). We take pride in working with a team, which is loyal and sincere to the management and extend their strong support to the clients at all times. With our dedicated and competent team, we can introduce all positive measures to form the best security systems and provide effective measures to prevent theft and other losses. Recruitment and Training at RSO
The HR & Personnel Department ensures the proper selection of the personnel. The selected candidates are put through stringent vetting procedures. After selection, they undergo customized training program to suit the client's requirements, followed by ON SITE TRAINING, specific to the various assignments.
