Raw Silk Emporia came into existence in 1996 as a reliable manufacturer, stockist, wholesaler, retailer and exporter of silk fabrics and stoles. For more than one decade, we have been growing under the guidance of our founder Mr. Shiv Shankar Dewangan, reaching an annual turnover of 2 crore rupees. Superior fabrics, mesmerizing prints & eye catching colors of our stoles and fabrics have helped them leave their footprints in silk industry. We have a team of skilled and semi skilled artisans who work 24 x 7 to deliver a wide assortment of silk stoles for our clients in the national as well as international arena. With their professional approach and commitment towards high quality, they have helped us carve a niche for ourselves in the silk industry. Our team of professionals comprises of two highly skilled & one semi skilled artisans, five quality controllers, five R & D experts and five other professionals who are well conversant with the entire functioning of the organization.

Our pool of professionals are well conversant with the latest fashion trends and hence strive hard to design products that are attuned to the latest fashion trends. Making immense contribution to the company through their innovative skills and complete knowledge about the silk industry, our team is managed by three highly qualified and experienced managers.

Our Warehouse
We are well supported by a spacious warehouse that is fitted with various material handling equipment. Built in a wide area, our warehouse is capable of storing bulk orders safely. Silk is a delicate fabric and hence the warehouse is designed in order to keep them safe and in proper condition away from rats, rodents, moisture, etc.

Packaging

Our range of products is packed in attractive packs. Our team of experts in this domain have carefully packed our products using latest packaging techniques. The proper packaging assists us to deliver our products in safe condition.

Timely Delivery

We ensure that all our products are safely delivered to our clients in the stipulated time frame. Our estimated lead time for the dispatch of the products is between 45 to 50 days. For the convenience of our clients, we accept our payment through L/ C or TT.

A well built production unit developed in a wide spread area of more than 2000 yards has facilitated us to meet our increasing product demands. Supported with all the tools and machinery, our unit is divided into different departments. Managed by a team of professionals, the different departments are:

Empowered with a competent workforce and robust infrastructure that is capable of handling various bulk orders, We have a production capacity of 25,000 to 50,000 meters per month.

We have been in the silk industry for many generations. Silk products have been our family business for over 100 years. Further, we are ideally located at Champa in Chattisgarh, that is one of the biggest centres of silk products in India. This proximity to the hub of silk enables us to procure finest silk.

There are around 3000 hand looms in Champa that are engaged in weaving superior quality silk fabrics. For meeting the increasing demands and large consignment of our clients, we have formed tie ups with 40% of these handlooms. Over the years, we have been able to maintain good relations with all of them.

For us, quality begins with procuring of raw materials from reliable vendors and rigorously testing them before using them in the production process.
