Quality and customer satisfaction is the top priority at Ray Industries. We strictly follow the quality of our customers in line with their requirements. In general we follow the following steps for quality control: Complete raw material testing as per relevant IS codes, In-process and Stage inspection by our quality team and also client QA personnel, final inspection by our quality team and joint inspection along with client QA personnel.

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing unit is located at the industrial area of Howrah city. The facilities available with us including our well developed vendors are: 1. Machine Shop- 3000 sq. ft. 2. Machining facility- Horizontal Boring, Lathe, Capstan Lathe, Milling, Shaper, Drilling, Radius Drilling, automatic thread cutting (Landis) machine, All types of grinding, Zig-boring, Hobbing, Gear Shaper, tool grinder etc. 3. Fabrication facility- Welding Rectifier & Transformer & generator type, Argon (TIG) welding, MIG welding etc. 4. Measuring and Testing facility- Our Quality team is well equipped with following facilities: a. Vernier- upto 3m long. b. Dial Gauge- bore dial. c. Steel scales. d. Steel tape. e. DP testing. f. Radiography testing. g. Ultrasonic testing. 5. Miscellenous Facility- Spray Painting Machine.
