Application :

RAYON ABSOLUTE (HEPA) Filters are specifically designed for critical operations and high degree filtration. These filters are designed to arrest sub-micronic particles and bacteria. RAYON Absolute filters are most suitable for Electronic Industries, Semi-conductors assembly rooms, Computer Rooms, Paint Shops, Pharmaceutical Industries, Food and Processing Plants, Hospitals, Nuclear establishments etc.

Constructions

The filter frame is made out of aluminium, plywood or M.S. Sheets. The glass fibre filter paper is pleated and folds are seperated with corrugated aluminium foil/special paper and then sealed in frame with special adhesive to prevent from leakages.

Media

All Glass Fiber Filter Paper is used as Media in RAYON ABSOLUTE FILTERS. Glass Fibers are heat resistant up to 320C and they also have best resistant qualities to corrosive chemcials, vapours and moistures.

Performance

RAYON Absolute filters have a filtration efficiency of upto 99.97% down to 0.3 microns when tested with DOP method and can operate under 100% Relative Humidity conditions.

Testing

ALL RAYON filters are tested by the DOP method for leakages and efficiency.

Filters are available in the efficiency range of 80 to 99% with dust arrestance capacity of 20 to 5 microns size of particles. Filter frames are constructed form MS / Aluminium Sheet MS Sheet frames are powder coated for anti corros characteristics.
