The founder director of the company Late Sri Yashwant Rai Bhatt (1926-2004) founded a small company in 1946 to cater to the needs of Jute & Textile sections in Eastern & North eastern part of India. He could sense that this small unit will gradually overcome the various hurdles and will definitely come out as a very big company to serve the jute industry with various technological services. This vision has come true and that is why today we are still in jute sector. Our journey is not over. we have to go a long way.

Our companies are located in eastern part of India which has the reputation as a largest Producer of Jute fiber and largest manufacturer of jute products as well.
