The company specializes in manufacturing various sanitary, water works, industrial & agricultural castings in gray and ductile iron of various grades and international standards. Castings manufactured range from a weight of a few grams to several hundred kilograms. The company has an in-house machining facility to finish casting with a surface tolerance of a few microns. The in-house pattern development facility ensures constant products development and increases the already wide range of items manufactured (over 5000 different patterns till date).

The products of the company are approved by various municipal agencies and certifying bodies around the globe. The company sells products under its own “RBA” brand in the Middle Eastern countries.

The products supplied by the company undergo various physical & chemical testing before being released for dispatch. The test starts from the receipt of raw material and continues through the different stages of production and processing. The quality assurance department ensures that the finished castings meet all the specifications prescribed by the customer. The in-house machining department helps to finish the castings with a surface tolerance of a few millimeters and the finishing and fettling process involves the use of the shot-blasting machine.

 

 

The company’s laboratory is equipped with all modern testing machines including microstructure analyzer, microscope with in built CCD camera, optical spectrometer, sand testing equipment, UTS and hardness tester, proof load testing machine, The laboratory also houses a full chemical composition setup using the wet analysis technique. The products supplied by the company undergo various physical & chemical testing before being released for dispatch. In-process inspections start from receipt of raw material and continue through the different stages of production and processing. The in-house quality assurance department ensures that the product supplied meet all specification as prescribed by the customer.

In addition many of its products are certified to various international product standards by reputed certifying organizations. • The group is engaged in the distribution of paper, manufactured by the largest paper mill in India, M/s Ballarpur Industries Limited recently it has also started to import various quality of paper, which is presently not manufactured in India.

• The group is engaged in wholesaling and retailing of high value giftware, glassware, writing instrument, decoration items for select world brands in the Indian market.

• Recently RBA is ventured into construction of high income group housing projects.
