Infrastructure
The machinery installed at RCGG are of highly sophisticated and state-of-the art in nature.
The three giant circular saws installed at the factory, each with 2.7 diameter, keeps functioning round the clock in order to meet the constant demand flowing in from different parts of the world.
The machinery also includes a wire saw machine of 5/2.5 meter length, 4 double edge cutting machines, auto polishing machines, notching and milling machines, 20 numbers of bed polishing machines etc.
Giant gantry crane of 40 tonne capacity, a mobile crane, 4 EOT cranes and 2 fork lifts form the rest of the array of machinery.
The two silent running generators each with 200kv ensure uninterrupted power supply. The 150kv HT line transformer and an ME main panel and a distribution panel form the parts of the electrical system which have been erected by the world renowned L&T in conformity with the highest safety norms.
As such, the company has a total strength of 150 personnel of different categories working in different shifts.
The Roof of the entire factory building has been built with "GALVALUME" (Zinc-Aluminium) color sheets. It is an exclusive roofing work done for the first time ever in granite monument industry in India by the world famous Blue Scoup, an Australian Cladding Fabrication Company.
Quality Policy / ProcessesThe global customers buying products from RCGG are quality conscious, utmost importance is given to maintaining the quality. Steps have been taken to ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of productions right from the stage of selecting the rocks up to the final stage of rolling out the finished product. Which is why quality control is implemented at every stage of production. Competent personnel with proper engineering qualification and years of experience are employed for the purpose.
Apart from the technically qualified personnel, the company has well experienced artisans and skilled laborers having adequate exposure in granite monument production.
Computerised operation at various stages of production and constant monitoring of the work is carried out inside the factory with an eye on quality.
