Established in the year 1986, R.D. Electronics is one of the foremost manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of electrical product such as printed circuit boards that are used in diverse industrial applications like inverters, computers and others. These are reckoned for their superior quality, precision and reliable functionality for a longer period of time. Empowered by our state of the art manufacturing and designing facilities, we are able to provide tailored electronic circuit boards, printed circuit boards, single sided PCB, double sided PCB, inverter PCB assembly, printed PCB assembly, etc. in strict accordance with the specifications provided by our clients, within a stipulated time frame.
 
Quality is an integral part of our organization, as a result our team makes all efforts to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. Our qualitative products along with strong customer support have enabled us to acquire a turnover of Rs 7crore.

With our aim to make continuous improvement in the printed circuit boards, we are planning to incorporate updated technology to manufacture multilayer and lead-free printed electronic circuit boards or electronic circuit boards. Further, we aim at enhancing our production capabilities from 2000 units to 5000 units.

We are managed by our mentor Mr Rajesh Sultane, who has taken our company to new heights, with his incredible proficiency and astute decisions. He is a BE (electronics) and immediately after completing his education, he started manufacturing electrical product such as single side printed circuit boards in a small unit. Gradually, after understanding the customer’s requirements, he started in house production of printed circuit boards assembly on wave soldering.

We offer a wide assortment of electronic circuit boards such as printed circuit boards that are used in different industries to produce varied items. These PCB’s are manufactured with acute precision by using qualitative glass epoxy laminate, CEM material, paper phenolic material, CEM1, CEM3, FR2, FR4, polyimide RT and duroid PTFE.

To ensure quality in our PCB’s, we procure raw material from well established and trusted vendors across the world. Our encompassing range of equipments includes single sided PCB, double sided PCB, computer PCB assembly, inverter PCB assembly, printed PCB assembly, etc. All these products are appreciated for their salient features such as :

Our Research & Development unit is operated by appropriate technocrats, which performs various researched at periodic intervals to bring out innovative technologies and new production techniques. These researches also assist us in making our present product array, in line with the current industry requirements. Our Research & Development experts also extend the information to other personnel’s, to enhance their understanding about the latest technological innovations.

We possess an ultra modern and robust infrastructure, outfitted with indispensable facilities for efficient and timely execution of our activities. Our sophisticated manufacturing plant is spread across an area of 9000 sq feet and is operational with latest machines for faster and consistent production. With our flexible production capacity, we can capably fulfill bulk size orders, within a stipulated time period. The entire production plant is backed by an in-house design unit, which assist us in developing customer specific designs.

Additionally, we are also planning to incorporate latest equipments, which will enhance our production capacity from 2000 sq. meters to 5000 sq. meters.

Quality is our forte; as a result we implement it in every aspect of our processes and products. To ensure the highest quality standards of our products, we conduct rigorous tests at periodic intervals on the Printed Circuit Boards, during the manufacturing and before their dispatch.

Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, we conduct all the quality checks on our electronic circuit boards in accordance with the ISO established standards. Some of the tests conducted in our organization are as follows :
