Primary Jaw Crushers

Stone Jaw Crushers are ideal for crushing hard granite stones, black trap rock, river gravel, lime stone, coal and others.


  • Stone Jaw Crushers are available in four different models depending upon the size of the machine.

  • The common sizes for stone jaw crushers are available in 24"x12", 30"x15", 36"x24" and in 42"x36" sizes.

  • The approximate weight of jaw crushers are different for each product and vary from 7200 kg to 24000kgs.

  • The body of the stone jaw crusher is made of MS plates and fabricated with horizontal and vertical ribs to provide it the desired strength and durability.

  • The chances of the body getting cracked are minimized by processing it through heat treatment.

  • The roller bearings in the machine are properly lubricated.

  • The crank shaft is fitted in the center to offer equal balance to the machine and load distribution.

  • Jaw plates and side plates are made of high tensile manganese steel and both are connected through a swinging lever.

  • Heavy duty cast iron flywheels are fitted on both ends of crank shaft to ensure steady crushing force.

Secondary Jaw Crusher

The Stone jaw crushers are similar to that of primary jaw crushers in terms of usage. It is also useful in crushing hard granite stones, black trap rocks, river gravels, lime stones, coal and others.


  • Stone jaw crushers are available in five different body sizes (14"x8", 16"x10", 20"x10", 24"x8", 36"x10").

  • The average capacity per hour differs for each jaw setting.

  • The approximate weight of M/c Kg also differs for each size and varies from 2500kgs to 8500 Kgs.

  • MS plates fabricated with horizontal and vertical ribs are used in the body of the secondary jaw crushers to offer the body desired strength and durability.

  • To reduce the chances of machine getting cracked, the body is annealed & stress relieved by heat treatment process.

  • The crank shaft is centrally fitted on cast steel toggle bearings to bring equal balance and load distribution.

  • High tensile manganese steel is used in the jaw plates and side plates and one jaw is connected to other through a swinging lever.

  • The side plates are of close fitted to avoid any wear to the body. The body gets steady crushing force due to the use of heavy duty cast iron flywheels on both ends of the crank shaft.

Roll crushers are used for minimizing “fines” generation and/or to handle wet, sticky materials that could not be easily done with the traditional primary crushers.
  • Roll crushers are available in four different types: single roll crushers, dual roll crushers, triple roll crushers, and quad roll crushers.
  • Single roll crushers reduce large size particles in the feed to medium size and produces lower percentage of fines as compared to other crushers.
  • A single roll crusher is effective than jaw or gyratory crushers in reducing slabby materials.
  • The single roll crusher is a better performer when fed with wet and sticky material and requires less horsepower and lower headroom than other crushers.
  • Double roll crushers provides many advantages such as high capacity, low headroom, low horsepower, minimum fines production, ability to handle wet and sticky feeds, and is able to handle sizes that ranges 6”-10”-12” and sometimes higher than that.
  • Double roll crushers are used for crushing clean coal, glass, salt, lime and others.
  • Triple roll crushers are used mostly in coal processing plants and also in plants that dealt with processing of salt, coke and other materials of similar hardness.
  • The medium roll triple crusher is used to reduce hard run-of-mine material that contains soft shale and other contaminants of comparable crushability where as the standard triple roll is used to reduce clean coal to market size in a single attempt.
  • The heavy duty quadroll crusher reduces the feed size to 1/2” to 3” in a single pass. It provides advantages such as easy product setting adjustment, heavy rigid construction throughout, automatic passage of tramp material, and easy maintenance.

Impact crushers are available in vertical and horizontal shapes. The horizontal shaft impact crusher (HSI) is ideal for producing high quality aggregate material. The HSI obtain a high ratio of reduction, direct control of product graduation and excellent cubical product shape. HSI comes in two different models with capacity range of 50 tons per hour and 200tons per hour.
