Operation

On the backward movement of the machine, the pad lifts the inks from the etched part of the plate on the forward movement of the machine, the pad transfer the ink i.e. The impression it had picked up from the etched part of the plate on the product to be overprinted.

The time between this back & forth operation of the machine is used by the operator to replace the product that has been overprinted by an unprinted on to continue the process uninterrupted

The speed of machine can be adjusted by using the knob in the control panel, as per the Operator's convenience.
