The major products include various types of aggregate feeding systems for batching plants of different design and manufacturers. Aggregate feeder with rotary chute arrangement for compartment batcher, radial conveyors and shuttle conveyors for in-line type aggregate storage bins are some of them. Quality and branded bought-out items such as motors, gearboxes and rubber belts are key to hassle free operations of the products. Redesigned and bolted structures enable faster erections and dismantling of the systems. Based on different inclinations and belt widths, we offer various models suitable from 30 m3 to 160 m3 capacity batching plants.

RMX has supplied Silo with 400 tons capacity for bulk filling application at Dubai. RMX provides following engineering solutions in this application:

• Design the mechanical structure
• Feed and extract at required rates from Silo
• Silo accessories for safe and dust free environmental operation
• Suitable control system to batch, weigh and record the production, inventory records, customer records
• Suggest the proper solution for minimum operational cost.

RMX supplies aggregate stocking and weighing systems for manual or semi- automatic plants. These systems are supplied to replace the existing weighing arrangements or to convert the scraper type plants with aggregate weigh batcher system. Basically incline type stocking and weighting hoppers are provided for moderate capacity plants where as compartment type arrangement is suggested for lower capacity plants.

VCP Pressure Relief Valves are the last resort when abnormal pressure conditions endanger the silo structure. This is why sudden excess or suction pressure inside the silo must be dealt with instantaneously. Even though ideally a Pressure Relief Valve should never have to go into action, it must be efficient and reliable if needed.

VFS Butterfly Valves consist of two high-pressure die-cast semi- bodies manufactured from aluminum alloy, a swivel disc in SINT® polymer composite or cast iron, andapre-elastodynamics seal.
