Freights lifts in which the entire car can go in a lift, used by car showrooms, departmental stores, group housing societies for rtxiftop and basement parking. These lifts can be provided   without   cabin   and without countweight to reduse cost. These lifts can also be made with ss cabins and automatic doors with sensors based.

Glass capsule lifts with sided glass back to sided glass fronts. We can also provide lifts with designer glass doors and automatic doors - center opening or telescopic type, with mild steel, stainless steel or glass doors.

Used extensively in factories and storage facilities for the movement of goods between floors. Two kinds of lifts are on offer - drumwound machine based or traction machine based. The capacities available range from 250 kgs to 10 tons. Goods and workers can be transported to any number of floors. The size of the lifts can be from 3' x 2' to as large as 12' x 20'. Standard height of the cabin is 6' v/a. The lift can open on the opposite side also ( 2 side open cabin). Drumwound type without counterweight. This lift is simpler in design and suited for low cost installations. The movement of the lift is based on the coiling and uncoiling of a wire rope on a rotating drum. A unique feature of our drum design is the provision of two ropes coiling separately on a right hand thread groove and a left hand thread groove. This leads to lesser rope stress and longer life. These lifts are quicker to install and require lesser space.
traction type with counterweight. This lift is a better machine designwise and also offers greater safety to the user. This is achieved first through the use of 3 or more independent wire ropes stretched across the main traction sheave. Second, there being no positive coupling between the lift and the machine leads to greater safety as a slip is permitted whenever there is an obstruction to the lift travel. Unlike in the drum wound design there is no overload on the motor in case of lift overshooting at the top floor. Jerk free, smooth travel is possible by the usage of 2:1 roping. Though smoother, traction lifts travel at higher speeds than drumwound lifts using the same power.

These lifts are built specially for usage by hospitals. Stretchers can be accommodated. Cabin w if required - can be washed or fumigated there is no jerk in starting or stopping. The range of i from 13 persons to 40 persons with the minimum size being 3' x 7'.
the cabin walls can be of m. S. Painted, m. S. Powdercoated or hairline brush finished stainless st< collapsible channel gates or swing doors with glass vision windows can be provided. Swing doo be varied from floor to floor to suit the decor. Automatic doors can also be provided.

Small lifts installed in kitchens for transferring cooked hot food, dirty utensils, raw materials, etc. To various pantries at all floors in multistoried hotels, large households, marriage halls, restaurants, etc. Dumbwaiters for kitchens are usually made of stainless steel so that they are not affected by steam, hot food, water, etc.
dumbwaiters are also used in hospitals ando departmental stores to carry stores to various levels in the building. These can be of s. S. Or m. S.
the capacity starts from 20 kgs onwards as desired. Sizes are from v/l x va' to 3' x 3' or even larger as required. Only about 10" extra space is required in the building to fit this lift. Only one wall is required to support the smaller lifts. The entrance can be protected by either a swing window or vertical biparte doors.

Automatic door are recommended for lifts being used at public buildings handling high traffic Though they require more space in the building as compared to manual doors, it is advisable to go for automatic doors. There is no need for a lift operator. The door panels can be designed to add to the decor of the building. The range of lifts available is from 4 persons to 40 persons. The speed of travel ranges from single speed of 0.7m/s to variable speeds of 1 5m/s. The cabin walls & door panels can be of M.S. painted, M.S. Powdercoated or Hairline brush finished stainless steel. Glass doors can also be provided but are expensive Normally center opening doors are advised due to their ease of use and elegance. However in places with a size constraint, telescopic doors can also be provided in which both the doors open towards one side.
