Portable Key Way Milling Machine (External) Model 11550 (with cross slides)
- Sterling key way external machine is developed to handle the key way 50mm wide and 150mm long by mounting machine on the and of the shaft. Double cross slide movement (laterally and longitudinally) permits the cutting of an extra wide key way with smaller cutters. Driven by 1.5 HP single phase motor, it is easy to carry the to job on site, as its weight is 42 kgs. It is characterized by efficiency and consuming less time in performing a job with a trouble free day.

Portable Key Way (External) Model 1150
- Sterling external key way milling machine can cut the key way by mounting on the shaft (dia. 25mm to 250mm) to maximum 32mm width. Driven by 1.5 HP electrical single phase motor and controlled by stepless electronic regulator, it is easy to carry to the job on site. It weighs 28 kgs. only and the slides can travel by 150mm. It is characterized by efficiency and takes less time in performing a job with a trouble free day.

Portable True Centering Machine
- Sterling portable true centering machine model is designed to make centre holes on shaft 12mm - 90mm/90mm to 280mm, irrespective of the length as per 15 - 2473 specification with accuracy 0.1mm. Double ended centre drill with pilot 6.3mm and body dia. of 16mm and single ended centre drill of size 8mm to 10mm drills should be used. Driven by 1.5 HP motor 220V having electronically controlled speed, it is recommended to be used in saw cutting section.

Portable Key Way Milling (Internal) Model 5130/3280
- Sterling Internal key way milling machines cut the 140mm/250mm long key ways of size 6mm to 15mm/50mm. These machines are developed to handle the jobs by mounting on bore dia. 50mm - 130mm/130mm - 280mm devices. Driven by 1.5HP single phase electrical motor controlled by stepless electronic speed regulator in performing the job for long trouble period. It is easy to carry to the job on site as its weight is 30/50 kgs. It is characterized by efficiency and takes less time in performing a job with a trouble free period.

- Our magnetic stand available with electro permanent magnet base and electro magnet base is suitable for any make of portable drill machine for site work or heavy engineering industries.

Pipe Cutting Machine
- It is used to cut PLC controlled pipes cutting up to 160mm diameter or any length size. It has wide application in pipe mills, conveyors, material handling and sanitary works.

Pipe Threading Machine (used in the pipe industry)
- Portable Model: It can cut threads on pipe from 6mm to 50mm diameter
- Heavy Duty Fixed Type: It can cut the threads on pipe up to 6 inches diameter

Component Washing Machine (used to wash components in different industries)
- Fountain Type: It washes the components under pressure
- Dipping Type: It is a tank based machine that circulates the fluid to wash the components

- Portable Punching Machine: Used to make punch holes in plates, ranging from 10mm thickness up to 16mm; the stroke time involving 7 sec. It is used widely in construction and railway projects
- Shaft Straightening Device: It is used to straighten rods up to 45mm dia. within the shortest span of time
- Nut Cracker: It is used to crack nuts (also rusted nuts) of sizes up to 40mm diameter
- Power Pack: It is motorized with .75 KW at 220 volts motor and pump combinations. It is used to build up the pressure up to 7000 kgs. (10,000 PSI)

- Shoe Mould Cleaner: This device is used to clean silicon deposits on shoe moulds with zero pollution, vibration and maintenance. It is widely used in the footwear industry
- Portable High Pressure Blaster: It is used to wipe out rust, old paint coating, chemicals and oil rust. It has wide application in the coating industry
- Sand & Abrasive Blasting: It includes low pressure blaster, high pressure blaster, wet blaster, conveyor blaster, hanging blaster, tumbler shot blasting. All these blasters are used in the casting industry (ferrous and non-ferrous metals), powder coating automobile and engineering industries
