We, REC Engineering, have been catering to the needs of flow control engineering industry with great success for last many years, manufacturing and exporting the value added components in both standard and customized finishes.
Established in the year 1985, our business is located in Belgaum district of Karnataka. Our company is led by experienced management team having strong background in the field of foundry, machine shops and quality systems. We are one of the prominent players of this industry and our success and reputation can be easily evaluated through our worthy client list, which includes clients from Germany, UK, USA.
Our quality system has been approved by the ISO 9001:2000 certificate issued from TUV, which showcases our consistent technical competence & quality. The capability to customize as per clients demands has further helped us in making many fortune 500 clients, allowing us to have a dominant presence in the global markets.

Infrastructural Facilities We are proud about our art of infrastructure which is of international level. If we talk about our infrastructural facilities, then first we would like to talk about our manufacturing and office facilities. The total area that has been for manufacturing units and offices is 25,000 sq ft. Such a vast area in Belguam district, an upcoming industrial hub located in between of two major industrial hubs ,of two industrial hubs, i.e. Mumbai and Bangalore, further adds to our advantage.
Our production setup comprises of mechanized work shops, where our machinery are checked on regular basis to keep them 100% functional. Some of the machinery equipment used in our production processes include:

Our Quality Testing Facilities
Our entire business activities are propelled by our precisely defined quality policy. Some of the salient features of our quality maintenance procedures are:
- Hydraulic testing machines for conducting shell testing on valve bodies & pumps up to 40 bar pressure.
- New high pressure testing facility of up to 600 bar.
- Experienced quality assurance staff, ensuring quality of products in foundries & machining.
- More than 2,000 quality control gauges & instruments used in production. The list includes: Trimos, digital verniers, Micrometers, ring gauges, surface plates, height gauges, UNC, BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF etc.
- Instruments periodically calibrated as per calibration plan.

Materials Specifications We offer products in variety of materials such as Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Bronze etc., confirming to the following international specification.
