1)    Raw material inspection: Our organization maintains a quality control department which helps in inspecting the molded and machine parts as per drawing and material receiving specification. Our standards and procedures are planned to make full compliance with our specifications and details. We also perform tests which is performed on daily or weekly basis depending on the quality of material. Our laboratory analysis is executed on random basis at an independent testing facility. Our organization also specifies metal grade and purity and also need certified test report from the manufacturer for all metals use to obtain the items.

2)    Inspection Of Sub Assemblies: Our gamut is tested and sampled under the condition which is used in the finished tool element. During the preparation of the assembly a visual inspection of the tools are done by the machine operators. A test loop is designed in tool testing to duplicate the element operation.

3)    Operation parameters: Our organization maintains a strict control of our process parameters which includes the regular check on the process variables. It includes test casting speed and the adhesive ratio by the control representative and temperature machine operator. Testing of tools and elements are upgraded on routine basis.
