LVDTs
LVDTs

Inductive sensors for displacement monitoring has found immense applications in industry. LVDTs of different full stroke range (0 to 1 mm to 0 to 600mm) are available in different types (AC or DC LVDTs), or sizes (8mm dia, 9.5, 12.5, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 32 mm dia), in different constructions (with or without spring loaded plungers, with mounting flanges or with body threads). Separate mounting blocks are also available. Special purpose LVDTs include large bore types, high temperature applications and gaging LVDTs etc. LVDTs with 4-20mA output with 2-wire or 3-wire configuration or amplified voltage outputs are available as options. For all your needs, we have an LVDTs and its signal conditioner.



Load Cells

High precision Load Cells in all capacities (300gm. to 300 tons capacity), available in types for application in tension and / or compression, or compression only. The electronics include simple low cost digital readouts, microprocessor based very high performance & sophisticated indicator or battery power field portable units. Multi-input data acquisitions are for measurements from large number of points are completely modular. Special purpose equipment involving uses of load cells are designed for specific applications. Load Cells are manufactured in different beam, S, Disc (pan cake), canister or shear beam constructions. Application specific accessories/attachments available to help user to measure load/force precisely. Measurement under static or dynamic conditions are possible.

Sensors for acceleration measurement using MEMs sensors and capable of measuring AC Acceleration (Typical of Vibration) and DC (Typical of Inertial or Gravity) are developed. Trail / Biaxial models available. Built - in electronics make the measurement easier and convenient. Besides vibration monitoring, these accelerometers find application in Tilt measurement, preventive maintenance, Motion sensing and Alarm Annunciation / Security systems etc.



Cable Extension Sensors (Displacement upto 15m)

Long stroke measurement required in different type of machine in Plastic industries, Rubber industries, Petro chemical plants & Paper mills use these position sensors available in different ranges from 0 – 1 meter to 0 – 15 meters. Linear position is converted to rotary position. Different types of output are available to suit various applications. 4 – 20 ma, 0-10 volts are standard output configuration. Encoder attachment provides ssi output. Far more accurate as compare to displacement transducer based on other principles.

The strain gauge is in itself basically so simple that some users have acquired erroneous impressions as to the amount of knowledge and experience required for its proper utilizations.

Three basic steps in the ritual of experimental stress analysis are:

• Selecting an appropriate strain gauge and bonding it in the proper location.
• Use of suitable instruments to obtain signal proportional to the strains
• Translation of the strains to stresses

We also provide specialized strain gauges such as SEMICONDUCTOR Strain Gauges, FBG Strain Gauges and Vibrating Wire type Strain Gauges.

Digital Readouts

We are offering a range of digital read out that is used for monitoring various parameters. It can be availed with or without display. In case of display system, one can opt for analog output or 4-20 ma output. These readout have built in sensor excitation source.

Microprocessor based indicators can be interfaced with computers, can be programmed to display in different engineering units of the same parameters,can also be programmed with several calibration curves to let such indicator be used as a dedicated indicator say for 4 different load cells.

We are providing vibrating based transducers that are well known for their long-term stability. The advantage of vibrating wire sensors lies in its output which is a frequency rather than a voltage. Frequencies can be transmitted over long (s-2000 m) cables without appreciable degradation of the signal caused by variations in cable resistance,or leakage to ground.
