| Heat Cycle Test Description
Heat Cycle Test Set is designed for working on 400 V, 2 phases of 3 phase AC supply. The unit shall generate 3000 Amperes in cables loop of 11 meter of suitable capacity.
The set shall comprise of the following.
i) Control Panel
ii) 2 Nos. Current Injection transformer (suitable for output of 3000 Amps at 7.5V each.
Control panel shall consists of the following:
1. Motorised voltage regulator oil cooled type designed for 2 phase of 3 phase AC Supply
2. Moving Iron type 96 Sq.mm Voltmeter to indicate incoming voltage of the regulator
3. Moving Iron type 96 Sq.mm Voltmeter to indicate output voltage of the regulator
4. Moving Iron type 96 Sq.mm Ammeter of suitable range to indicate primary current of loading transtormer
5. Moving Iron type 96 Sq.mm Ammeter and current transformer to indicate secondary current of loading transformer
Range: Digital temperature controller to control the automatic switching'ON & OFF' of cable heating
