We had almost all the machines impacted because of a wrong McAfee DAT file and it needed a automated tool to recify the situation before we had production on Monday morning.
It was a fantastic effort from your team to respond in hours and come onsite and develop the tool again in hours based on the nead.
We had to do this as the official tool from McAfee tool came, there were some issues with the tool and we managed to use the tool your team developed in association with the tool that McAfee gave and managed to ensure all machines are back to normal state before our users came to office.
