Design:

The complete range of sheet metal components that are deep drawn in a press requires cutting off/removal of the flash or scrap. Our Auto Trimming Machines can perform this operation very efficiently and quickly in one single pass between two cutters as compared to huge trimming dies and presses and the associated costs.

Our range is available in various sizes and shapes like round, rectangular, square or of any odd cross sections. The pressings are available with or without end-flanges after deep draw, which is the end portion of drawing is at right angles or straight drawn.

These Universal Auto Trimmers are ideally suited for trimming, beading, joggling and forming of components having any size and shape whether these are straight drawn or the scrap is at right angle. In these machines, the diagonal length is no bar.

We have designed these machines using advanced technologies available in the sheet metal cutting line. The cutter shafts move in and out directions in a rigid slide and are driven by an electro pneumatic system. Then the component is trimmed or formed by the cutter, while being driven by the cutters. We also provide suitable holders for those components, which don't have end-flanges.

These machines have capacity of trimming / beading / joggling operation upto 5 mm thickness of sheet in mild steel where the diagonal length has no bar. The speed of trimming can be varied between 5 to 15 meters for minute. The components having end flanges completely different tooling are provided. Our Auto Trimming Machines are supplied with push buttons and electrical controls for providing an easy access to even unskilled workers.
