Refrigerated Vehicles |
| We offer a wide range of reefer vehicles from maruti omni to tata trucks, the body of the reefer vehicles are made with puf panels with a combination of outter skin p. P. G. I and inner skin s. S or aluminium (both side p. P. G. I is also available), the frame work for the body is integrated in our puf panels during the manufacturing process and hence they are truly modular in nature. The chasis of vehicle is erected/modified to suit the load capacity of the vehicle. The floor of the vehicle is made out of aluminium chequered plate with striations for easy grip and ease of cleaning. Temperatures inside the vehicles are designed keeping in mind the products that are to be transported and the rh factor needed for the same. Conditions like incoming product temperature or the ambient temperature from where it is picked up are important when determining the kind of cooling unit needed to be installed. Cooling units are available with options like electric- standby in which we offer a 50 meter long cable which can be plugged into an electrical socket for the compressor of the cooling unit to run on when the vehicle is on stand-by reducing the amount of fuel needed on overnight journeys or long-haul destinations. A separate drive unit is installed in vehicles where the output necessary for the maintenance of temperature is lesser than required. the body of the reefer vehicle can be customised and/or painted to suit the needs of the client. Our reefer units are designed with special arrangements for the reefer body to be tied with the chasis keeping in mind the conditions of the indian roads and the durability needed to survive them over long periods of time. We also offer annual maintenance services for our vehicles prolonging the life of any vehicle considerably. |

Pre-Fab Cabins / Porta-Cabins |
| Our Pre fab cabins are used in various applications ranging from Telecom Shelters, Site office, Mobile houses/dispensaries, Security guard cabins, Electrical shelters for transformers and boards. The Porta-cabins are insulated with PUF providing for higher durability in hot / cold weather conditions, the interiors of such cabins can be modified according to the need of the client offering a range of solutions like wood finish, metal finish, tile flooring, carpet flooring, with facilities for bathroom, w/c’s, pantries, workshops, living accommodations and offices. These porta cabins are easily transportable and by reducing the amount of steel required for construction we make these cabins more modular in nature and hence can easily be dismantled if necessary. These cabins have a Steel frame structure which enables it to be lifted using conventional systems for loading and unloading. The furniture which we supply with the porta cabins are bolted to this structure and hence are not affected during transportation. Long life and low maintenance are the most alluring qualities of our Porta cabins. |
Quality Assessment Services |
| We offer Quality assessment services which include Inspection services, Training, Quality control Engineers.Our Quality control Inspectors are highly qualified and specifically trained Engineers.Quality assessment services are offered for Painting, Blasting, Fabrication of structures, vessels and tanks. We have a training facility to train and Qualify welders, fabricators, grinders, gas cutter and supervisors. Our facility is preferred by major construction companies and numerous consultancy firms.We are well equipped with our own calibrated instruments like Elcometers, Dial Gauges, Spectrometers, Roughness checking machines via ultrasonic testing etc. Our clientele include many foreign firms as well as Domestic organizations who depend on us for strict quality control and good manufacturing processes. |

PUF Panels |
| PUF (Poly urethane foam) Panels are rigid panels with density of 39 - 42kg/cubic meter.These panels are used in a varied range of applications such as cold storages, reefer vans, insulated walls and ceilings for offices, buildings, factory sheds etc.PUF panels are made using a combination of chemicals which are mixed in an automatic machine and then injected into the outer and inner shell, these shells can be a combination of either both side Pre coated Galvanised, Aluminium, Plain galvanised or S.S, we are able to produce panels with marine/commercial ply for insulated walls inside offices for aesthetic purposes. All panels are rendered to a strict Quality check in our factory prior to dispatch for any defects or deformations and hence we are able to supply panels of the highest standards adhering to CGMP guidelines. |
Industrial Sheds |
| We Manufacture Industrial Sheds of small to medium sizes. Width upto 30 Meter height upto 10 Meter and length as required. We can design and manufacture sheds from hot rolled sections and by PEB. We have made sheds with RCC columns and with steel columns, and can make the walls With brick and with Pre painted Galvanized corrugated sheets, as desired. Design and manufacture of shed, keeping in mind both usefulness and aesthetics is our Forte. We are well conversant with, codes like ASME, BS, ISI, etc. We specialize in pre fabricated steel structures for such industrial sheds where the structure is made as per drawings at our factory and then sent to the site for erection, this minimizes the amount of time spent on the site and reduces error moreover sites where electricity is scarce and uneven supply is a major problem our pre fabricated structures are the most useful. |

Cold Storages |
| We offer a wide range of solutions for storage of numerous products like Meat, Fresh fruits, Dairy Products, Perishable goods and commodities. These cold storages are pre fabricated with Pre coated Galvanised, Aluminium, Plain galvanised or S.S, depending on the volume of goods required to be stored we are also able to supply and erect multi level cold storages with a basic framework of either Re-enforced concrete structure and a pre-engineered steel structure giving these storages the uniqueness of being high performance and low maintenance with a long service life. These are easy to install and are customized as per the specifications of our clients. There are a number of commodities which have to be processed and frozen for preserving them for long periods of time. These include green peas, corn, okra (ladies fingers), mixed vegetables, mango pulp & slices, pine apple slices, tomato puree etc. Other Items are ice cream, butter, fish and meat products. The frozen food stores are generally designed for a temp (-)20 deg C to +- 2 deg C for most foods but for items like ice cream lower temperature in the range of (-)25 0 deg to (-) 30 deg C are specified. Depending on the temperature required the thickness of the PUF panels vary (for more details refer to our technical specification section). These storages are designed keeping specifically in mind the RH and Temperature required to bring about optimum storage conditions (OSC) for the specific product. Cold storages can also be designed keeping in mind the varied needs of business today, so we offer solutions like multi chamber cold storages with Varying temperature and RH control factor for achieving OSC. With this kind of facility storing different products under the same storage is made possible increasing the usage of the facility throughout the year with negligible maintenance required. We have completed such numerous projects with emphasis on Quality, Speed of Execution and durability to weather conditions in various parts of India. |
