Construction of V-Belts:
Cover Fabric: The cover is manufactured from a cotton fabric impregnated with special compound of neoprene rubber. This cover resist external influence and secure uniform friction against pulley grooves
Tension Member: The tension member is made of specially treated polyester cords which have high tensile strength, low elongation and excellent resistance to bending fatigue
Cushion Rubber: This maintains good adhesion of tension member and holds it in correct position
Compression Rubber: For belt's long life, specially compounded compressed neoprene rubber is used to resist extreme heat and compression
Our range of V - Ribbed Belts comprises of a rubber backing, a bonding elastomer, a textile cord reinforcement and rubber ribs. These belts come with the following features:
