The condenser includes a hot water basin and an annular outer structure comprising of self stabilized towers. Each tower consists of a pair of radial sides.  On the other hand the hot water basin has various annular sections that are supported on beams. The annual sections by expansion joints are then aligned with the radial sides and spaced from one another.

Liquid Accumulator For Ammonia Overfeed System

We offer suitable range of Liquid  Accumulator from Ammonia Overfeed System that is widely used to serve industrial ammonia refrigeration applications. In addition to this, our alternative gas-driven system that is used with the refrigerant vapor pressure to re circulate the liquid refrigerant through the evaporator in order to avoid maintenance of a pump, its bearings and seal.

The usage of gas-driven system has a great advantage as it employs one central vessel (an accumulator) for all evaporators on a common suction system. Also in this system no pumps are used and also maintenance costs are reduced. The configuration provides:

  • Protection for the compressor it offers liquid refrigerant slop-over protection for the compressor.
  • With an optimum liquid feed to evaporator to load demand, it increases the utilization of evaporator's internal heat transfer surface.
