Laboratory Ovens
This oven is offered by us in different dimensions with thermostatic temperature control. Its inner chamber is made using mild steel and aluminium. It has a double wall construction with glass wool insulation. Our oven has an accuracy of + / - 3° C and a temperature range of 5° C to 200° C.

Systems provided: Air circulation Systems :-Heavy duty maintenance free motor along with suitable Fan/Impeller is provided to maintain uniform Temp. in the work space.

Refrigeration System: A single / double stage refrigeration system has been provided
to pull down the work space temp. as desired. Hermetically sealed compressor of
suitable capacity with air cooled condenser &evaporator. Ozone friendly refrigerant is
used. The system will be mounted on the bottom of the chamber. The has been designed
for continuous & trouble free operation.

Water Chiller
Water Chiller
Range : 0.5 Tonnes to 5.0 Tonnes
Application : Die – Mould Chilling / Oil Chilling / Chemicals Chilling etc.
We are specailized in offering high quality Water Chiller, which compromises of stainless stell storage trank as well as refrigration systems, whuichg consists of hermetically sealed compressor with air condenser and static type evaporator. The entire unit is fabricated and housed in M.S Square pipe frame with CRC power-coated panels and locks, mounted on heavy duty castors for ease of mobility.

Controls and Protections:
  • Single Phase Preventor provided to avoid single phasing. (Only for 3 phase system)

  • L.P switch: switches OFF the compressor, in case of any low pressure develops in refrigeration system.

  • H.P. Switch: switches OFF the compressor, incase of any low pressure develops in refrigeration system.

  • Solenoid valve: Ensures fast equilisation of Refrigerant. ON
  • delay timer: To protect compressor from overloading during operation.

  • M.C.B"s : To protect entire unit / control circuit / water – pump.

  • Water-level controller: To ensure minimum water level.
  • Temperature Indicator controller: Display and control the set temperature.(Range ambient to 6°c)

  • Temperature Indicator: To monitor return water temperature.
  • Water filter: Filters the return water.
