The entire unit is fabricated and housed in M.S square pipe frame with CRC power-coated panels and locks, mounted on heavy duty castors for ease of mobility. These are available with varied capacity of 0.5 tones to 5 tones.

Controls and Protections:

• Single phase prevention provided to avoid single phasing (only for 3 phase system)
• L.P switch: Switches off the compressor, in case of any low pressure develop in refrigeration system
• H.P. Switch: Switches off the compressor, incase of any low pressure develops in refrigeration system
• Solenoid valve: Ensures fast equalization of refrigerant
• Delay timer: To protect compressor from overloading during operation
• M.C.B: To protect entire unit / control circuit / water-pump
• Water-level controller: To ensure minimum water level
• Temperature Indicator controller: Display and control the set temperature (range ambient to 6°c)
• Temperature Indicator: To monitor return water temperature
• Water filter: Filters the return water
