A very economical solution for large tanks, we can install a tank of 100,000 litres in just 3 days. The capacity can go beyond 5 millionlitres. Tanks are imported from Steelfab Australia. Our company Reinhardt Roto Machines is in coperation with Ernst Reinhardt, GMBH of Germany. Promoted by Dhanu Patel and Harleen Chawla. The machines are fabricated and assembled in India and their critical parts are imported from Germany. Manufactured under strict tolerances on CNC equipment and guidance from Ernst Reinhardt GMBH, every machine is offered under the brand name "Reinhardt" and is well known for its hassle free operations and durability. A team of qualified inspectors conduct various tests and makes sure that the products meet the international standards and enables us in attaining complete client satisfaction.

Rotation molding process is a three step process, in which the mold is rotated on both the axis and is heated in the oven. In the next step, the mold is cooled in a cooling station by air and water and finally the product is molded and a new cycle is filled in the mold for the next run. The heat melts and fuses the resin and the resin takes the shape  of the mold. Like other processes there is no pressure involved and thus we have a stress free part. LLDPE, some nylons and polypropylene are the most widely used materials in this process.
