We offer precision turned components which include  Spherical washers, Pneumatic Hardned parts, Centrifugal Pump parts etc. We do CNC Turning Finish of 58 to 62 HRC hardened parts to the required accuracy. 

Our Turbocharger Parts are the thrust parts of Turbochargers of various models and manufactured as per customers drawings or specifications. The raw material used for these Turbocharger Parts are mainly AISI 4140, AISI 8620 and En19. For journal Bearings we use Bronze or Half Hard Brass as per customers’ choice. These Turbocharger Parts are hardened at 40 to 45 HRC and then finished on CNC turning centers. The fine accuracy of these Turbocharger Parts is maintained within 0.005 mm to 0.020 mm.
