Founded in 1992, at Kolhapur, Maharashtra (India) under the guidance of Mr. Subhash A. Kolhapure possessing industrial experience of over 18 years. Our company has come a long way since then. We started in 1992 as a conventional machining setup, machining critical and batch quantity components and later in the year 2006 we shifted to our own factory premises in MIDC Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur. To cater our large clientele, we presently have state of the art manufacturing and quality control facilities that are at par with international standards. We possess quality certification of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 (TUV NORD CERT. GmbH).
Our large product range includes Machined Components, Turbocharger Parts and Precision Turned Components. We specialize in manufacturing the small hard parts from 45-48 HRC hardness to 58 - 62 HRC hardness in alloy steel which are used in Pneumatic Tool assemblies and Turbochargers.

About Us
Established in the year 1992, we Reliable Engineering Services are a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of precision machined components especially for earth moving industry, automobile industry and all types of pumps. In the year 2006 we have shifted in our own factory premises in MIDC Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur. To upgrade the capacity of the unit and to improve quality levels, we have installed two turning centers in 2006 & 2008 along with a horizontal honing machine and small high speed drill machine.
Moreover, recently one VMC is also installed. With these machines and with our conventional set up we have developed critical machined components ranging from 4 mm bore for our customers engaged in exports as well. Our specialty lies in manufacturing of small hard parts (Thrust parts) up to 45 to 48 HRC in hardness of alloy steel which are used in Turbochargers and Pneumatic Tool assemblies.
With an objective of developing and manufacturing quality, precision components, we have provided for skilled human resources, in the area of production and quality. We have created spare capacity to meet the requirement of potential customers. Further, our future plan is to provide a facility of Turn Mill Centre to enable the multi operations on one setting only.
