Evenly and accurately maintaining flatness, parallelism & perpendicularity of each wall ensures that our thrust sleeves have fine quality. These thrust sleeves are manufactured from steel 4140 material and are finish machined after heat  treatment up to 40-45 HRC. These are manufactured and supplied as per customers' drawings only.

Thrust Spacers are manufactured from steel 8620/4140 material with hardness up to 40 to 45 HRC. The 0.4 micron ra value of surface finish is maintained. Also the dimensions are closely maintained with concentricity, perpendicularity & parallelism. 

 These are hardened to 40-45 HRC and manufactured in steel 4140 material. Face parallelism, perpendicularity and dimensions are accurately maintained as per customers' drawings and specifications.
