Turbocharger Back Plate These Turbocharger Back Plates are designed as per the specifications of the clients. Our Turbocharger Back Plates are highly durable and are manufactured using high quality raw materials like AISI 4140, AISI 8620 and En19. Turbocharger Parts We have a variety of turbocharger parts which are made as per the customers specifications. They are finished to a hardness of 40-45 HRC . These are machined from steel material 4140. All dimensions are accurately maintained with fine surface finish value.
Turbocharger Shafts Small steel shafts are manufactured as per customers specification by our state of the art infrastructure, keeping in mind the International quality standards to which our products conform, from steel 4140 material. These hard steel shafts (40 to 45 HRC) are finished with 0.006 mm concentricity and always achieve fine surface finish (below 0.4 ra). Turbocharger Thrust Collars These thrust collars having face groove, O.D. groove and 16 oil holes are manufactured from steel 8620 or 4140 material. These are as per customers’ specification, finished after heat treatment up to 40 to 45 HRC. The dimensions are accurately maintained including concentricity, perpendicularity and parallelism , as we always intend to give the customer exactly what they need. |
