The shop floor area of the factory is around 800 sq. mtrs. and the entire grid is accessible with 20 ton lifting capacity crane having 15.00 mtrs. span and 6.50 mtrs. clear lifting height. The company is conveniently located near Mumbai in M.I.D.C. Thane Belapur Industrial Area and is ideally positioned to provide value-added services to clients at diverse locations. |

We perform fabrication assignments conforming to Indian and International standards and specifications. Entire welding is done under controlled environment for Welding, Brazing, Soldering and strict standards are maintained even for Linings and Claddings. Our quality assurance procedure includes dye penetrate testing, hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, vacuum testing, hardness and tensile strength testing, ultrasonic testing, radiography and specimens are sent for destructive & non destructive tests in approved and reputed labs. Periodically, all gauges and engineering instruments are calibrated from reputed agencies.
