PTFE Coated Nuts

We are offering a wide range of PTFE Coated Nuts, industrial coated nuts that provides exceptional corrosion resistance, low coefficient of friction, consistent tensioning and subsequent ease of installation and removal attributes. These fluoro polymer coated fasteners are offered after extensive testing to ensure that these have a longer service life. Earlier, the hot dip, galvanized, cadmium or zinc plated fasteners were considered the standard but these coatings could not stand up to the corrosive atmosphere prevalent in many industries. On the other hand low friction PTFE coating improvises the fasteners in terms of efficiency, life expectancy and corrosion resistance. Our range of coated fasteners is widely used on B7 studs with 2H nuts. Moreover, PTFE coated connectors have out-performed all others in aggressive any noticeable effect.

The PTFE coating on fasteners will have a uniform thickness of 20 ± 5 microns to 45± 5 microns thick.
