a sizeable quantity of food grade jute cloth/bags (“hydrocarbon free ”) are manufactured and exported by us to various countries. These are manufactured under the ijira licensing certificate and use vegetable oils (rice bran oil), rather than the conventional mineral oil called jute batching oil. They are therefore known as food grade jute products (fgjp). Such cloth / bags are manufactured as per the customer specifications in both hessian and sacking qualities. They are used for the packing of cocoa,coffee, hazelnuts,peanuts, shellnuts, etc.

Made in various sizes, weights and qualities as per customer requirements. Used to pack potatoes, onions, rice, pulses,etc.

sacking bags are manufactured by us in double warps and heavier fabrics in plain and twill weaves. They are made in various sizes as per customer requirements. They are of the following categories:

‘a’. Twill: for the packing of sugar, spices and others.

‘b’. Twill: for the packing of foodgrains.

heavy cees: for the packing of tobacco leaves, spices,etc.

dw flour bags: for the packing of flour, maize etc.

Fire retardent fabrics

These are thick non woven fabrics which are effective and economic for the construction of trenches and interceptor drains for roads, when drainage of water is a problem as well as to replace conventional filter material.
