About UsRemedies Pharmaceuticals was originally incorporated as a partnership firm in the year 1968 in the state of Maharashtra. The manufacturing facilities were shifted to Union Territory of Delhi. The Firm was engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of wide range of Patent formulations like Injectables, Ointments, Tablets Capsules, Liquids and Dry Syrups as per GMP norms regulated by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of India. Subsequently, the company was re-christened from Partnership firm to sole Proprietorship & finally to the current, Private Limited Company. The manufacturing facilities were Last located in India at 34, Badli Industrial Estate, Phase-II, Delhi ¿ 110042., the Marketing and Administrative offices are located North West Delhi, India. Subsequent to the Introduction of 16% Excise Duty on Pharmaceutical products, the company shut down it¿s manufacturing plant as it became an unviable option. All production was thereafter outsourced & currently company¿s products are being manufactured from 6 different manufactures situated in the states Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Haryana & Delhi respectively on Third Party manufacturing Agreement. |
