Renaissance Builders has started a villa project at Kuttumukku, Thrissur. The site is located at 5 kms away from Swaraj Round. The project consists of 14 spacious villas. The area of the villas ranges from 2003 sft to 2548 sft. Minimum land area is 5.090 cents and maximum is 7.347 cents. The booking of the villas has been started and almost 75% of the villa has been booked by NRI customers.
