In 2002, the company was acquired by Renfro Corporation, USA. A year later, Renfro India obtained a manufacturing unit in Nashik, increasing the capacity to over 30,000 pairs of socks a day. By 2010, Renfro India had grown to become India¿s largest sock manufacturer with more than 400 knitting machines, manufacturing over 90,000 pairs of socks per day and an employee strength of over 900.
