Acoustic and Laminated Foams

Leveraging on our industrial experience, we provide different types of foams and other products for noise reduction. We use fibre glass board foams, PU forms and laminating film seals to manufacture the products. The materials are quality inspected before being processed into products. This ensures that, we deliver only the qualitative products to our clients. As per their specifications, we also customize the products and package it.

			TPU Laminated Foam TPU laminated foam is one of our most popular products. This flexible foam has the density of 28 kg per cubic meter which conforms to UL-94 HF-1. It is laminated with a TPU film which makes it resistant to oil and moisture. The product is used in noise reduction of various rotary equipments such as compressors, generators and many more. It is also used in automobile industries.

	Alumunium Film Laminated Foam Backed by a pool of professional, we provide Aluminium film laminated foam which is widely used in automobile industry. The product is ideal in noise reduction where 150 degree Celsius of temperature resistance is required. We have the ability to custom manufacture the products, in conformation to clients’ requirements.

			Fibreglass Foam One of our highly demanded products, fiberglass foam is offered in the density range of 32 to 48 kg per cubic meter. This rigid fiber glass board is completely incombustible and is provided with aluminum facing or TPU film lamination. At relatively low thicknesses, the product provides good amount of low frequency absorption of noise, as compared to other acoustic materials.

	PVC Laminated Foam We provide PVC laminated foam, which is a flexible PU Foam, in customized configurations, as per client’s specific requirements. Used in automobile industry, the product has 28 kg per cubic meter of density which matches UL-94 HF-1. We provide the foam with 30 to 80 micron thick flexible PVC film. This film provides oil and moisture resistance to the foam, similar to the TPU film.

			EPE Foam Our diligent workforce allows us provide EPE foam in tailored options, according to clients’ specifications. The product is expanded polyethylene foam in the density range of 25 to 30 kg per cubic meter and in thickness range of 2 to 10 mm in blankets and above in flatsheets. Primarily, the foam is used in packing of industrial machines.

	VCI Products We supply nitrite base and nitrite free VCI products. We have the ability to design special envelopes/packages that can hold irregular shaped components in VCI atmosphere. This protects it from atmospheric corrosion. We also provide VCI granuals, films, VCI coated kraft paper and VCI coated absorbent papers to suit clients’ requirements of corrosion protection.

	Corrosion protection products for chemical industries We provide thermal coating of polymers namely polyethylene, nylon 12, PVC on steel in thicknesses of 250 micron to 500 micron . These coatings are useful for providing corrosion protection , abrasion resistance and UV resistance to many industrial components. We provide corrosion protection coatings in PVC , epoxy and poly urethane. We provide acid & alkali proof flooring and tile lining for chemical industries.
