Fiberglass Foam

Fiberglass Foam
One of our highly demanded products, fiberglass foam is offered in the density range of 32 to 48 kg per cubic meter. This rigid fiber glass board is completely incombustible and is provided with aluminum facing or TPU film lamination. At relatively low thicknesses, the product provides good amount of low frequency absorption of noise, as compared to other acoustic materials.

Laminated Foam

Laminated Foam
TPU laminated foam is one of our most popular products. This flexible foam has the density of 28 kg per cubic meter which conforms to UL-94 HF-1. It is laminated with a TPU film which makes it resistant to oil and moisture. The product is used in noise reduction of various rotary equipments such as compressors, generators and many more. It is also used in automobile industries.

PVC Laminated Foam

We provide PVC laminated foam, which is a flexible PU Foam, in customized configurations, as per client’s specific requirements. Used in automobile industry, the product has 28 kg per cubic meter of density which matches UL-94 HF-1. We provide the foam with 30 to 80 micron thick flexible PVC film. This film provides oil and moisture resistance to the foam, similar to the TPU film.
