Our HDS ejector pins are manufactured in systematic production method and are subjected to the highest precision and constant quality. They ensure a very trouble free and accurate working. These are straight hardened, tempered, ground, nitrated and lapped. The core hardness of the pin are maintained at 45⁰ ± 3HRC with hardness 950 HV approx 68HRC only for top layer of approx 0.015mm. Our silver steel ejector pins are available from 1mm to 20mm, length from 100 to 1000mm. Silver Steel (EN-31) with core hardness 55⁰ ± 2HRC with head annealed 55⁰ ± 2HRC. Its tolerance is maintained upto 0.005 mm.

We are manufacturing HSS piercing pinches which are truly hardened to the core 64⁰ ± 2HRC with the head annealed 45⁰ ± 5HRC. These pinches efficiently minimize wear, flashing, wicking and dishing. Following are some of its technical features:

Our HSS step precision punches or closed space punches are available as per the client's drawings, specifications and requirements. These punches are hardened to the core 64⁰ ± 2HRC. We are providing these punches with closed tolerances maintained at 0.005 mm.
